No, but I have a solution.

The RAR format used is a very recent one, so most packers won't
support it yet. It is implemented in various beta versions:
UltimateZip, WinRAR 3.0 (which isn't beta anymore, it has been
released two days ago), WinUnRAR (the free unpacker) ... A very good
programme that does support most (if not all) formats at least for
unpacking is Squeez 4.05 which has been released two weeks ago.

It can already handle RAR 3.x (unpacking); it costs a bit, but not
that much. The programmers also integrated signatures and a new format
of their own which is a little bit faster and better at compressing
than RAR and ZIP (www.squeez.de). there is a trial version available.
