The Simple MAPI interoperability isn't implemented correctly in TB!. I
have Org 5.01, which may be different than yours in these respects,
but here's the problem:

When I'm in Org and focus on a contact, and then click the icon to
send mail to that contact, what is supposed to happen is that a dialog
opens in Org asking whether I want mail addressed to that contact or
whether I want to insert that contact's info into a message body. Then
a new composition window should open up in the email program,
addressed to the contact (or with the contact info in the body).

What happens instead with TB! is this:

When the contact's address information is already in TB!'s own address
book, then TB! will address and open a new message window. Nothing
will work until you go back to Org to clear the dialog with the two
choices, but that is not a big deal. If the contact has two addresses
in TB!'s own address book, then TB! offers a choice, which is nice.

But if the contact name is not in TB!'s own address book, then nothing
at all happens. Nada; zilch; zero. So, basically, one cannot use
only Org as the operable address book.

Moreover, group contacts in Org never work in TB!

By contrast, Org's contact/mail connection works very well with Eudora
and Becky!

What about with your setup? (BTW, I have Win98.)
