First, let me say this is the first time I've ever tried The Bat and I'm migrating over from being a Eudora Pro user for some time. But I have a few questions if you pros don't mind answering.
After reading through The Bat's archives regarding how to change the internal program icons, I'm a bit confused on how to go about this. What I want to do is to change the animated flying bat icon (drives me batty), and to change the dull looking blue folders to something more up to date looking. And maybe some other icons too. I have downloaded "Reshack" and I can see the program's icons, but I'm not sure what steps to do next or how I go about changing a graphic with a graphics program and sticking back the change into The Bat? If anyone could outline the steps and any graphic procedures, I'd greatly appreciate it! Thank you.
