My TB help file opens perfectly fine, so I guess it's a local problem
for you. Do you have the same problems with other help files?

Inbox-Known is a special inbox, with a hard coded filter in the
sorting office. The Known-filter is able to check whether senders are
in (a selected part of) your address book. Those recipients are
filtered into inbox-known. It's a filter to have an inbox with mail
that isn't spam for certain. But you can adept it to a filter (just
selecting only a few groups) that puts mail from important contacts
into the known-inbox, so you could have mail with a high and low
priority.
Take care though, that the known-filter is the last one in your
incoming mail filters, so that it doesn't interfere with your other
filters.

You can delete the inbox-known by disabling the known-filter, I did so
and the inbox-known disappeared from view. (Still exists on disk, but
who cares)
