Try this: Set the parameters to "normal". Copy the file account.cfg to
account.nml. Then set the parameters to "on-ssh". Copy the file
account.cfg to account.ssh.

Before you start TB, copy the appropriate file back to account.cfg. I
don't know whether this will work, it is just an idea.
