Hey Lynn,

My MUA believes you used The Bat! (v1.60h) Personal
to write the following on Thursday, May 23, 2002 at 10:06:12 AM.

LT> Hi all ..

LT> Been reading this filters thread with great interest, but
LT> I think some of us would benefit from a run down on the
LT> kludges option there.

LT> If you do 'kludges' in the help file you find it's absent,
LT> and it looks to me like one of the most useful/powerful
LT> options for filtering.

LT> So how about explaining kludges in a generic kind of way?

Kludges is another way of describing the RFC822 message headers.
If you select a message and hit F9, a window pops up showing you the
entire message - Kludges (in blue at the top), your message, and how
the attachment traveled through the SMTP world.

So if you are filtering on "X-Mailer:" you will notice that I am still
using "The Bat! (v1.60h) Personal". If you look at the third line of
this message, that is what I did in my template. You are also using
1.60h.
