Graphic Device Interface resources are things like window handles,
brushes, fonts and pens. Programs allocate and release these from the
Windows system as they go. A leak is when resources are not released
correctly.

Specifically, the Rich Text View (RTV) in 1.60m suffers from a
resource leak. The version is perfectly stable when using the PTV or
when using the RTV for short periods (and exiting TB).
