I am not sure. I have received mixed emails with Chinese and English,
and Thai and English; I have written mixed Chinese/English emails.
(Not Thai and English, because I have not installed the Thai keyboard
driver yet - mainly because I don't have a Thai keyboard yet).

So, as long as you have a Hebrew Windows version, or have installed
the additional software for you computer to understand Hebrew, there
should be no problem.

Should be. I am not absolutely sure, because I think you write Hebrew
from right to left, isn't that correct? If so, other problems might
arise that I do not know of.
