If one has a look at the FAQ, AFAIR thereis an example to make an auto-reply for PGP-key requests which warns of such a loop and gives the solution. which is basically what you suggest, change the auto-replies text string in the filtered category. BTW, "@" is not a good idea to filter upon unless the filtered messages are going to be deleted (last filter in the row for spam).
