FYI - the bad wrapping above is caused by allowing GPGShell to
reformat the message when signing. For the best results, turn off
wrapping in the GGPShell preferences when using GPG with TB.

This sounds more like taskus inerruptus than resource leaks. When 'm'
leaks itself to oblivion the windows *never* refresh, they don't just
pause and jerk.

That, too, is unrelated to resource leaks. I haven't heard reports of
these errors. When do they happen? Have you posted a bug report?

No, but I've not heard of any resource leak symptoms on Win98.
