One question.

Why should I have to find a message that I have parked in an outbox and then
move it to a different folder?

Once in this 'draft' folder I can not edit it I then have to put it back into
the Outbox to do any editing. Hovever when I place the Outbox the parked
status is not hels and there is a window of opportunity for the message to
be sent.

A draft message is _not_ the same as a message parked in the Outbox waiting
to be sent they are two completely different things.
