AnalogX's one (iirc) didn't support much last time I used it. I think there is a button to enable POP3 forwarding... then just follow the instructions I mentioned earlier. I've used the AnalogX one too, and I think that was how I set it up. With Proxy+, did you by any chance try using PASV mode on your ftp client?
