First of all make sure that you don't have a "Selective download"
filter interfering with it and that you don't have a "Receive headers
only if image size is greater than ..." set in the account properties.

Other than that, check the logs, both in TB and on the server to see
what is causing TB to disconnect without completing the download
operation. Also, are you certain that the messages weren't just left
on the server after download rather than not downloaded at all?

A default target folder for the <Known> sorting office filter. Disable
the filter and you can freely delete the 'Inbox known' folder.

Only by running XP <g>. There is no option. It just doesn't appear
under XP.
