Consider a filter that's triggered by a hotkey. (In the options tab of
the filter) In that way you can forget about dragging it to your
folder. In case you want to trigger it by dragging it to another
folder there's no trigger mechanism to run the filter. It's not
inbound anymore, it's not read, it's not replied and it's certainly no
selective download.
