Not sure if this should be submitted as a bug or not:

I added a new user to a multi-user configuration.  When I went in as
administrator to Options/Network, the group tab was wrong.  Some
accounts were not listed.

Ultimately, I had to create a new administrator and delete the old
one.  I then noticed three phenomena:

-  The accounts listed under Options/Network, Privilege tab, did not
include the Administrator account;

-  The administrator privilege always was checked for an account that
had only user privilege; and

-  The groups tab always showed all accounts as not being part of the
selected group.

These events do not make sense, and I am fairly sure the program
didn't work like that back in the days of 1.60c or so.
