Yes, there's a way.

You can use the common trash folder that's created in your common
folders area. The only way I can think of having it created is to
delete common folder messages.

In order to delete messages from account folders so that they move to
the common trash folder you then have to create a filter for each
account and assign the filter a shortcut. The filter action would be
to mark the message as read and move it to the common trash folder. To
delete a message, you just use the filter shortcut instead of the
delete key.
