It is a setting in your burning software.  For some reason, mine randomly
switches it on when certain situations arise (like 8 levels of folders), and it
forces short folder/filenames, and replaces " " with "_".  I think it's
something like Jolet (or something like that).  I can be corrected on that
though, because mine burning software has so many options ;)

Copy the folders to the correct location, rename, and replace the _ with " "
again (this is so much easier on linux ;)).

There is a backup option that backs up all your settings etc... I think it's
under Tools, or something like that.
