Hit the PLUS (+) symbol to expand it, select the REPLY template. There is a section below that starts with " Sender information". Here you can select names, initials.... as you can see I use initials, it still shows who said what, but it doesn't take up alot of space ! / Paul Using The Bat! v1.60q on Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: PGP 6.5i iQA/AwUBPQYWHT3ZlJQqDEkFEQJoEACgqrTMGZ2VHqnhvN7kioesYnE8dTEAoLma taFib05X316+GoXRD8vOjeBN =vHGo -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ________________________________________________________ Current Ver: 1.60q FAQ : http://faq.thebat.dutaint.com Unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Archives : http://tbudl.thebat.dutaint.com Moderators : mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] TBTech List: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Bug Reports: https://bt.ritlabs.com
