For your local / own pleasure; how you see text as you type it? Yes.
In what you send? No.

The Bat! uses system fonts. The RTV (Rich Text Viewer - Options |
Preferences | Viewer) is able to use any installed font. The FWV and
the Editor Preferences (Options | Editor Preferences | Display tab |
Change button next to "Font") can only use Fixed Width fonts.

Search the message archive (see the link in the footer below) for
Andale Mono, a popular fixed width font for which a URL has been given
many times.

No - there is no working auto correct facility for TB.
