I have some point that the bat must consider it. One of the important one: It is EASY OF USE.
Let test this way: 1. Ask somebody who never operate an email client, ask them to operate TheBat, Outlook, Outlook express, Netscape and Opera. Without any instruction or with very small instruction. 2. Ask somebody who can operate one of the email client but never try the bat, or backward somebody who can use the bat but never use other email client. To try the email client. 3. After somebody using email client ask them some function. Simple medium or advanced. Others. After that ask them: How easy the bat compared to other email client. How long it takes to learn about main function After that how easy we can remember a function which we ever use. When we need it next time. Or how many times we forget about some function when we needed again.
