OK, in English it would be stupid to have a button for "Insert TO address" instead of just typing %TO=. How about French or German? "Empfaengeradresse eingeben", and then you just fill in the address. While many non-English speakers may understand "TO", there is such an abundant number of macros that I have no problem imagining that not all are that easily understandable.
