In the 'Mail transmission Authentication' settings, I was able to set the SMTP-AUTH checkbox as well as the 'POP before SMTP' checkbox for my SMTP server setting. The SMTP server doesn't support the latter. I was trying to send 1 queued email. The username/password prompt was never-ending, and I had to kill TB.
