I have a filter set up with a particular domain name in the headers as the string which triggers the action. I also have an address group set up, with the members all having that domain name in their email addresses. I've discovered that the filter is not triggered when the AB group nickname appears in the To: field. (The short nickname does not contain the domain name.) Is there any reason for the program to operate this way? I can make the nickname an alternative rule, but if that's the workaround, then one should consider that possibility when creating AB nicknames so there's no unintended filtering action when the text string appears in a different context.
