Well, all I did was install the RPM and first ran copy of my windows installation, but later I ran The Bat directly from the same place as in Windows. I did notice some things: in unmanaged mode, The Bat gets in a loop at startup until you click somewhere outside it's windows. In managed mode (where Wine lets your window manager take care of The Bat's windows), you can't dock the toolbar back (you have to go to unmanaged mode to do it). Also, if you use Rich Text Viewer, the interface stops responding after some time (you can click in the Accounts and Headers pane, and although the focus changes, the message doesn't appear; menus still work though; you have to restart The Bat in this case).
