You can choose Folder / Properties and then Template, Reply, Forward
and insert what you want. If you want nothing, I am not sure whether a
blank template does what you want, but the %Clear macro should do the
trick.

In the address book, you can also set templates per address. Do the
same as with the folders.

Once you have deleted all these templates and start typing everything
over and over again, you will miss them, I promise you. The templates
are a powerful tool that I do not want to miss any more.
