Look at the subjects I left in, then go to the symantec website, and lookup the
Klez virus.  They'll be listed on there.  This looks to me that somebody has
been infected (in particular, a user of the freeserve service in the UK if I
remember correctly) with the Klez virus, and your address is being used as the
From: field.  If you read the details on Klez, it will tell you it forges the
To, and From headers based on values it finds in address books, and Internet
history files.
