I ran the command from a dos prompt... it really shouldn't matter, but
you may need to encase the whole statement in " " as the third party
program may not like the spaces in the command line.

Have you tried just running the command like I did, just to see if it
is the third party that is having an issue, and not some obscure
bug/setting/feature?
