It looks like it's on the wishlist but is still workable now. Naturally it would be nice if it was built into TB but if there is a work around, then that will do me for now. I need to prepare the email ready to go, but to hold in the outbox. However I probably won't be around, or will forget at the time I need it to go. It looks like the command line/system task scheduler will be the best approach for now.
