As others have stated, we'll need more information about how you're
trying to do this. However, judging by the lack of information, it
would appear that you haven't yet discovered the full joy of TB's
filters. I apologize if this is all old hat for you, but it should
prove helpful for *someone*.
If you haven't used the filters before, you can get to them through:
|-> Account
|-> Sorting Office/Filters
You'll want to set up an incoming filter, so select the incoming
filters and press the New button at the bottom of the left panel.
You'll get a filter called "New Rule". Now I'll assume you can use
the help file and the FAQ (see list footers) to figure out the filter
strings and Alternatives tabs. Feel free to ask more specific
questions on this list as well.
For the colour groups, you will have to have already set one up. If
you haven't already done that, then go to:
|-> Message
|-> Colour Group
|-> Edit Colour Groups
Follow the prompts, it should be fairly straight-forward. Just
remember that the colour groups allow you to define colours for both
read and unread messages. You need to set up both, otherwise you
might not realize your unread message is in the Pink colour group.
Now back to your filter, under the Actions tab, the fourth option down
allows you to set the colour group that you want to assign to your
message.
