The registration code and much of TB's basic configuration was stored
in the Win2k system registry.

That is only available during TB installation using the latest
versions (>1.6) and you are given the option to a) setup up a new
account or b) restore from a backup. I take it you don't have the
latter available.

Other than this information, I'd follow Roelof's advice.
