Hi all,

Just a quick question about TB!, and PGP. I've noticed that some
clients don't use the inline signatures and instead attach a file. Most
are .sig files, and PGP behaves accordingly. The problem seems to occur
when the signature is an attached file, or type .att. Unfortunately by
default PGP (at least up to 7.x) don't read .att files as being a PGP
signature for an email. This means that any emails signed using an
externally attached .att file cannot be verified because to get PGP to
read the file properly you have to save it, and when you save it, it
cannot be compared against the email it has signed. Is there any way to
get around it? Does GnuPG use .att files? I'm running Ximian
Evolution, and Sylpheed at home, with both PGP, and GnuPG. Evolution
picks up and reads all signature types (.sig, inline, .att etc), and
Sylpheed appears to do the same. Anybody know a way to get around TB!
and .att files?
