In registry in 'User Depots' you'll only find account related information, not the slightest gleam of any folder information. These are all kept in 'account.flx'. >> Hi TBUDL, Why do you quote the original greeting? Have you ever minded trying to answer _below_ quoted text? Mike: I guess you have them as duplicates _outside_ your normal accounts? As so called 'common folders'? That might have been produced by a recovery function <Ctrl>+<Alt>+<Shift>+L ... it seems this function has sometimes in some version some trouble with recognizing only folders that are _not_ already present in any account structure. But no worry :-) Make a complete backup (just for sure, in a Beta I accidentally lost a folder when trying to just free it from being shown). No 'delete' the folder you don't want and choose 'Leave message base files intact' from the option popup. This should simple delete the folder in your tree but not touch it's files in any way. You'll have to do that for every folder that's shown twice; it's tedious :-( But AFAIK the only way to get rid of them, as nobody has written yet a tool to edit 'account.flx' due to a lack of information of it's structure :-) HTH Pit -- Regards Peter Palmreuther mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] (The Bat! v1.62/Beta1 on Windows 2000 5.0 Build 2195 Service Pack 2) Life didn't pass me by, it sat on my head - Al Bundy ________________________________________________________ Current Ver: 1.61 FAQ : http://faq.thebat.dutaint.com Unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Archives : http://tbudl.thebat.dutaint.com Moderators : mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] TBTech List: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Bug Reports: https://www.ritlabs.com/bt/
