For now, I just made a bit fixed, i.e. for whom using upper 127 character set either on Real Name (such Marcus Ohlström) or on body text, I suggest not using MIME base64, instead use Quote Printable (QP) or No MIME (in TB! setting, set it "without change"). That all for now. BTW. I can make the Content Transfer Encoding keep intact, but that make the list footer disappear.
