As far as I am aware, the Bat will not add duplicate entries into the AB. ACM> I have another filter setup that will move all messages from senders ACM> whose addresses are listed in a particular address book group to a ACM> particular folder and to assign them to a particular colour group. This is what I want to do (Move them to a folder, not Colour group), but when I set a new rule up, I must enter a filtering string into the rule page, However, what I want to filter by is not a string, rather a result of a logical expression. IE IF %ADDRESS (Exists) IN Group THEN (Action) ELSE (Leave) But if I leave this blank and just go to the "Advanced" page and specify that "Address Must Be Listed In ??" it will not filter the message, which is understanderble because there is nothing to filter for. But the only rule you can set up is based on strings. Any way, thanks for your help, I have to log off now as my pay has just gone into the bank, and I am desperate for a smoke! I hope we understand each other, as if I can find a solution to this My Rules would look a hell of a lot better let alone administer!! :-) All the Best -- Best regards, Michael ________________________________________________________ Current Ver: 1.61 FAQ : http://faq.thebat.dutaint.com Unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Archives : http://tbudl.thebat.dutaint.com Moderators : mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] TBTech List: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Bug Reports: https://www.ritlabs.com/bt/
