I wholeheartedly concur here.

Assuming that ADR is sold and promoted as a spamming tool by its
developers and at the same time accusing Ritlabs as being in bed with
the developers of the spamming tool ADR is really borne of a similar
mindset as the one that leads to the decision to filter mail as being
spam based on the X-Mailer header.
