That's totally up to you, but I don't think it's necessary. Because
this macro means that you use the first name from the addressbook
unless the recipient isn't in your address book, in the latter case
the ToFName is being used.

I see no need to switch QT's for recipients who're not in your AB, not
for this reason at least.
