I "lost" some folders during account/ISP changes. I tried to do a
Ctrl+Alt+Shift+L to recover them but that sequence actually locked my
keyboard! I had to reboot to regain control. I thought it was a fluke
since my system had been running for a while so I tried again. Same
results. When locked the caps lock light, scroll lock light and power
light on my keyboard blink in sequence. I checked my system for any
other programs that may set up system-wide key macros and there are
none. The best I can figure this sequence is controlled by system
hardware.

Is there any other way to execute this event other than that
particular key sequence?

Am on a Dell with a 500Mhz Pent-3 and 512mb ram,
running Windoze 2000 rev2195 ServicePack 3
