I am not sure if this has been reported before, but when you have the "Sorting Office" window open, and a filter selected in the listbox the two Copy options are misleading.
If you right click on the filter and choose Copy, the filter is placed on the clipboard and can then be pasted into another account. If you press the Button labelled "Copy" it duplicates the selected filter within the current sorting office.
