Rob Mebus recently typed, RM> That only seems to be true. Read the description that appears when RM> Outlook Express/Internet Explorer is highlighted: "Add or remove access RM> (sic!) to ... from the Start Menu and Desktop".
Go to Control Panel/Add Remove Programs/Windows Components and you can deselect them there and REMOVE them!
