As someone pointed out already if the sending MUA does insert a malformed header/lower header TB! can't decode it correctly. Best example is bad HTML, like a missing BODY tag; it's not TB!'s fault if it cannot be decoded. The same goes for attachments received from a Mac, if the file does not have the correct extension (MS programmes have options to attach the correct extension), TB! and Windows cannot see which programme is associated with it, hence no display/start. Perhaps someone does remember Outlook's/OE's ATT attachments? There's only one application that can actually decode it correctly - Outlook/OE (OK, and one or two freeware utilities written specifically for this task). -- Dierk Haasis http://www.Write4U.de http://Interest.Write4U.de/pongo PGP keys available: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?Subject=SendMyPGPkeys The Bat 1.61 on Windows 95 4.0 1212 C Lover's happiness: As long as I have you, I can endure all the troubles you inevitably bring.
