Hi, After my recommendation, I've got my parents, sister and brother trialing The Bat! As my sister shares a computer with my parents, she decided to put a password on her account. It was working fine for a while, then all of a sudden, she could no longer get into her account!? She's not changed her password or anything, so is very confused! It's just not accepting her password and she's tried all different variations.
She's now having to use and online e-mail program to access her mails! Is there a way to remove the password, reset it or something!?
