First of all, check whether there still is a message.tbb in the inbox
directory. That's where the messages get stored.
However, when you're still receiving messages on that account, I
suppose TB will create a new one.

The second option is that the messages.tbi file is corrupt. That'll
mean that your inbox stays empty even when you're getting new
messages. (Though new messages might appear) The best option in that
case would be to delete (or move) the messages.tbi while TB isn't
running. When you start TB and go to your inbox, it ought to create a
new one and your messages should appear.

How often do you compress your folders?
