Hi Eddy,
   I am no expert on this but it sure looks like a corrupted Tbb or TBI
   file.
   I belive you can delete index file and TB! will recreate it. Have you
   tried that with a "corrupted" file in the folder?

   It could be just a case of mis-indexing.
