Your filter can search for List-Post:  List-ID: and List-Help: in the
kludges. Not all mailing lists support all of them, but if you look
for all three of them (One on the rule-tab and two on alternative-tab)
you'd recognise most lists.

That's definitely pushing it. ;-)
Currently TB doesn't autocreate filters or folders. I'm sure I
wouldn't like it to do so. In such a case it's easy to lose track of
your filters.
