It is still available from http://www.atlantic-coast.com/va/ I used it for 7+ years. The problem with it is that due to a wrong marketing decision by last owner (Atlantic Coast) development was stopped about 2 years ago and officially discontinued about 1 year ago. So, no bug fixing or updating of some "old fashioned" code, like HTML viewing which is quite limited. But it is still a great package with a lot of functionality (macros and great threading among them) that I would love to see in TB. It has recently gone to open source.
