I think so.

BTW, the affected programmes are not quite right, that is the warning
is exaggerated. The problem lies more or less with the receiver's end;
if he uses a mail client which executes attachments/code
automatically, the malware hits.

As we all know, TB! doesn't do it - and for the moment is not even
able to do it. Therefore, it can only be used to attack someone, due
to its splitting mails.
