They've already apologised and explained that they don't have the
time and resources to be doing this since they're a small group.
They therefore put together the bug reports and requests page. All
you have to do is visit it and submit your request. :))

It was difficult when the page didn't exist and the conditions were
the same where you weren't sure if you were being heard.

They have to listen to a lot of users with different needs and
desires. Since I've been using TB! there's more than ample evidence
that they do listen to their users. It's just that they may take a
long time to implement what you in particular may wish for or they
may take a while to implement a feature depending on their perceived
priority for implementing when compared with other feature requests.

Most of all, they've been implementing a lot of features depending
on the ease with which it can be done, and how feasible or
productive it would be doing so with the present code when there's
plan for an almost total rewrite.

It should be interesting to see how things evolve once version two
appears since they listen. If they don't seem to be listening
there's usually a reason. The problem is at times we have to press
to get a response which I don't think is a good thing.
