Hello Bat Folk. For some reason I thought that a '<shft><ctrl> I' would produce the info in an AB memo entry. That isn't happening for me.
I sometimes use this procedure to remind me of a few personal notes about the person I'm addressing. I tested this on several entries that I know have memo data but no go.
