I don't know if this will work, as I use my GnuPG from the tray, but
maybe if you enter *all* your keys as default keys, you will then get
a dialogue box with an option to check the key you want. I have done
that so that when I use the tray to sign/encrypt, I get a box with
both my default keys selected, where I can choose which one I wish to
use for this particular email. If you set multiple keys as default
maybe you will then get the same.
