Having now filtered all TBUDL messages into their own folder and set the view option to view threads by references and display only unread messages, I wanted to be able to open all threads at the same time so I can work my way down them.
After looking at TB help file I found this entry under Threading: "To open all threads in a folder message list press <Shift+Ctrl+*>." This I tried and it didn't work. After some fiddling we found that the command for opening all threads is <Ctrl+*>, whilst <Ctrl+Shift+*> closes all threads.
